I am not sure what you mean can you get out of Lynnhaven Inlet - water is plenty deep when under the bridge.
If you are talking about entering and leaving from the state ramp - there is not way I would use that ramp and esp. if you were coming in after dark. On the return the red buoys are 2 feet from shore and the green buoys are 10 to 15 feet from shore and at night they are not lighted. A disaster ready to happen.
I pay a little more and leave from Bubbas - no worrys or problems about getting ground.

I am not sure about Lynnhaven inlet but Rudee is pretty tight if you have a bigger boat. My trailer falls off the ramp when I put the boat in and there is no way possible for me to get the boat out at low tide. Just gives me a reason to fish longer. Ha ha...

I bounced bottom there tue night made back but the tide was still going out with only about 2ft of water in the channel between the 2-3 set of markers going back in at the entrance between the beach and bar. Probably 2ft of the bar showing then
