Hit the small boat channel first thing this morning. Not much happening. Headed north to the third where the birds were working everywhere. Thousands & thousands! From 0830 to 1130, it was on. It was nonstop stripers, 3 and 4 at a time. With only 3 guys onboard, it was great action. We hit 20-30-40 up to 50 fish before the bite slowed down. After about a 30 min to hr break, it was back on. Another 15-20 fish on. The day was great to say the least. After that bite slowed down, we hit the tunnel at the 3rd and 4th and came up with a few more fish. Brother hooked up with the biggest of the day coming in @ 9lbs! All in all, 76 stripers in a 7 hr period. It was a great team effort by dad,brother, me. Best fishing day I have ever had!
