can some1 please tell me if theres a place to catch stripers without a boat i read the forms and it seems you have to have a boat to get to them

Try reading the posts listed under the Surf fishing (Ocean City MD to Hatteras NC) and Pier Fishing (Ocean City MD to Hatteras NC), they are catching Stripers.
