Hello Ocean City area, i am from the Virginia Beach area and will be making a trip to ocean city Maryland sometime in February. 2 questions: does anyone have a fishing charter they would recommend, there will only be 2 adults with me. I am active duty NAVY so i have been told to stay at Comfort Suites or Francis Scott key so i would like to find a fishing charter close to that.

second is your off shore fishing good during February or would you recommend march/April?

There's not too many options available in OCMD in February. Your best bet is to get on either the Morningstar or the Ocean Princess. They are the 2 headboats going this time of year. Both will be targeting Tog. They have a great fishery for them there, so if you can stand the cold, you have a good chance at big fish. By March/April, you have the same options, but the weather may improve some. As for accomodations, the Key is my favorite. They also have the best restaurant in Ocean City in their motel-the Marlin Moon Grill.
