Alright, who done it?! Who gave me Bells Palsy right when the Striped Bass Bay season is going to end (I'm more mad about the season about to end)

Anyone ever had or know someone whos had Bells Palsy? Man, It sucks, regardless, I'm going to try to hit the Lynnhaven Inlet and Rudee Inlet up, If you see a guy with half of his face working, say what's up, and, the stuff in the cup that looks like beer is just....cream soda, trust me!!

Tough break - sorry to hear it. Good luck with the stripers - hope you get one last crack at 'em before it closes.

My sister-in-law got it while she was pregnant. She still has it . It's been about 3 months now. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

Good luck to you and hope you have a speedy recovery. Remember if you're fishing Rudee for striper they have to be 28" and you can keep them through March 31.

Bell's Palsy often occurs spontaneously and resolves spontaneously, but most of the time requires a course of steroids, like prednisone. I have treated it on occassion in pregnancy also. Just remember to take some saline eye drops with you to keep your eye (the one that doesn't blink too well) moisturized when you're out on the water. Also, a bib for the drool that runs out of the side of your mouth while you're drinking that "cream soda" tongue.gif tongue.gif (LOL)

Good luck, I hope you feel better soon.
