I got to the 4th island about 7:30 a.m. The Tog fisherman were allready at it. I saw at least 5 go in the boats in about 20 minutes. I casted around the island, Nothing. I decided it was still to early for that so I tried drifting squid for flounder. Nothing until about 10, then I caught a small one. I decided to give the ocean side of the tunnel a try since the tide was going out. Finally some luck! The final count was 9 flounder. Three were keepers. 19 in., 20 1/2 in. and the largest at 21 1/2 in. The bite was best as the tide started to slow. All the fish were caught in the 30 - 35 ft. range, just outside of the channel. A beautiful day on the water and dinner to boot! That's what I call a Great Day!
