I'm with you! still looks like OI, but water is slowing moving up. Need a nice eddy to move in on the Cigar. I don't know, alot can happen in a week.

The Regulator will be fishing HI Saturday out of Teach s. Need to practice my trolling skills for the upcoming PC Tuna tournament. Rumor has it TEAM STILL THINKIN ! Has multiple secret weapons and fish tied up! CONCH

yea...we hooked all the really big YFT up with Blackberry's and then sent them meeting requests with times and locations to have a free lunch...hopefully they have their schedule free to meet with my and my coffin...lol.....bob

hell ya it's on.....Oregon Inlet...wheels up from Virginia beach at 0300...should be launching by 0500...I'm pumped man.....getting ready to rig up a dozen soldiers for speedy setting of the spread in the AM....Can't wait.....hope to see you out there....Bob

Put the knives away....Broken Throttle cable on my starboard engine...luckily it happened before we left the ramp so we didn't get caught in the Inlet..it was honking pretty good down there...lots of storms also...but dam, really wanted to go this morning.....

Yea that sucks about the cable...But like you said Good thing that happened at the dock!! And its Small Craft ALL DAY and until Wed... We would of earned some stripes today... We had some trailer issues to start, and then that escalated into a whole bunch of other CHIT... Like no Plug, etc.. As of now We think were ready for next time..... We are about to take a look at our throttle cables!!! But we are rigged and ready for the WX and work to break so we can get out there..
till the next go at it- No Show standing by

We left OI at first light Saturday, following the charters out. Went approx due east in our friends 23 Albemarle. Pretty rough day, 6-8' as I estimate. Much success- 14 gaffers (all but 2 cows) and 5 blackfin. Lines in at 7:30 and back in at 1:30. Long ride home with the coolers full!! We really enjoy this forum and have learned alot from all of you. Had a great time!
