I want to take the Family down to OI on Memorial day.
Is there anywhere to camp down there?
Does the Marina have overnight moorage?

There's a campground across the street from the ramp. I can't remember the name...I'd call the fishing center and ask. Good luck!

The one Don is refering to is ran by the National Parks. No reserverations, and I don't think they have hot water for showers. If you stay there don't forget the BUG SPRAY. I think there is KOA in Hatteras, should be able to look them up on the web. Anyway I attached a link to the camp ground across the street from OI.

we rode to wanchese today & saw a campground there. Nicelooking rigs there, but did not get any info

Camp Hatteras in Rodanthe is where the campers in my family like to go. They have a trailer, and are usually pretty picky.
