Can someone tell me where i can find the coordinates for all the "popular" offshore fishing spots out of OI.

The Point 35 32.340 74 50.350
Tuna Hole 35 37.340 74 50.650
Those are the two most popular 'Spots'. A lot of guys fish the TD lines. you should be abel to convert your GPS to read TD Loran numbers. Get your hands on a CApt Seagulls chart...it lists both GPS and Loran numbers and helps to visualize where you're fishing.
