First, thanks to Mike, Patrick and Scott for an awesome weekend. We took a beating...caught fish and drank. Weekend total...11 gaffers, 2 yft, 1 wahoo and 2 kings. Met Scott and Patrick at 9 PM on Thursday night for the first time, they got on the boat and jumped right in. It was like we had worked the pit together 100 times.

Great to meet Tony, and of course to hang out and party with all my VBSF brothers.

A little salt, fresh cracked pepper, a little granulated garlic and one pi$$ed off hot skillet. Sear for 20 seconds each side. Best served with scotch...as you could see in the background.
