Headed to the tower with Michael,Ryan( my 2 boys)and Capt. Todd for their first spade trip.Anchored up off the SW corner.It was alittle slow at first then we swung towards the tower just a little and it was on.Todd got the first bite and handed off the rod to Michael for his 1st spade.Then Ryan was on the next for his first spade.For the next 2 hrs. they were snapping pretty good,ended with 9 in the box and lost just as many.
Michael had so much fun He wanted to go back this morning.

Great report! What bait were you using?

Good time fishing with the kids. They had there hands full but did and outstanding job on lite tackle. Couple times I thought they might go over the transom.

I've been waiting for them to surface. Great pic's and I'm sure the boys had a great time. My wife and 10 year old son will be ready to go this weekend.
