Had a crew of Dave Bailey, Dave Trax, Bob Sinclair, Jeff Powell, Myself, and Troy yesterday. Headed south to look for a break Dave saw on the sat shot, ended up at the 860. Put lines in around 150 fath, headed out east. Was looking for whitey, and the temps got up to around 80 deg., found a nice weedline out in around 600 fathoms, nice water change, excellent conditions. Didnt take long to get covered up with dolphin, but not a bill around.. Worked in shallow towards the end of the day and had a boil around 2pm that we suspect was a white one, but never got a good look, or another hit. Left to run in around 330 from the 000's in about 30 fathoms with only a full box of mahi. Beautiful day out there though, and great to be around some some excellent anglers. Had a good mix of gaffers and hoisters, and more meat to seal. Next week I hope to be flying some flags!

I'll take "only a box of mahi" anyday!! Sounds like you still had a fun day!

Ditto that on the Mahi! I had some this week but had to buy it. Way to go, catch whitey next trip!

Very nice report. The whites will come, and maybe a blue or 2, as well! I'm certain of it.
