Fished on Trax boat Oblivion today with Don, Dave Wessner, Glenn and Dave Trax....released 10 white Marlin...probably had 15 hooked up...saw at least 30....on the north wall of the Norfolk Canyon.....Don's got some kick ass Video for later,....Bob

AWESOME to say the least!!!! The bite was on fire all around the Canyon. First fish comes on a planner rod and wire leader. Next one on a wire leader on the surface...we were hunting for wahoo. Trax says to change the spread becasue of all the Whites around. We do and its on. We had double headers, free swimmers around the boat like bailer mahi while fighint other fish, and even had a white marlin with no bill at all! Great crew that was on the money. Trax even got to catch two himself and allowed me to get on the wheel and back down on the fish...the highlite of my day!!

Congrats to Jaugernaut for scratching 11 whites. Heard canyon Express was sitting on 18 before setting up for an overnighter!! White bite is of Fire!!!

Great job guys!!! VA Beach is tearing up some billfish

A fantastic day out with the guys! Thanks to Dave Trax for the invite! Everybody stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park. Starting with early calls of fish in the spread, picture perfect drop backs and hook-ups, great angling and great boatsmanship (even Don did OK), then leadering, billing and hook removal. Every fish was revived and swam off none the worse for the visit. And speaking from a Boat Driver's perpective, it was great to get the Captain of the boat down in the Pit to land two fish. Each person on board landed two. A pleasure to fish with you guys!
