My buddy and I set out in my boat after school today hoping to catch some trout. And that is exactly what we did. We fished for about two and a half hours and caught around 120 specks. 10 keepers one about 5 pounds all caught on gulp chartuese 4 inch swimming mullet. Great day of fishing and i was happy to finally get a friend on some good fish. My dad Capt. Todd Beck joined us for the last half hour for a quick lesson. Yes he did on a tackle box scale just shy of 5lbs. I love when my son shows me up..... I just tell him I taught him everything he knows !

Had fun today with alittle father son competition. We took his boat and we used different baits. In a little over two hours we caught over 2 dozen and agreed to call it a tie.We are still catching these fish in good numbers. If you want to catch speckled trout give us a call.
