When is a good time to start fishing for them? Have they showed up on the wrecks yet? Any help would be appreciated I've never targeted them offshore thanks.

I've got 10 lbs. of chum my wife has been on me about getting out of our kitchen frig. I wouldn't mind using it on some monster Blues!

Based on previous years, they should be there... now if I can only get out there! We're heading out next Wed for VETERANS DAY, of course if the wx allows. Good luck if you go this weekend, actually it's looking good.

Craig I heard reports of 5-10 lb fish being caught in OBX. Anytime when the water temp dips down near 60 or below I would give it a try. Gotta go to know sometimes. Good luck and report back.
