Is the Bar Producing any good fish or should I venture out to the CBBT?? For a Sunday Trip.

Late for your Sunday trip--but I fished the bar, then the yellow buoys in front of the Chamberlain and the Ft. Monroe area--no flounder (tried bluefish strips and squid), but many large croaker, some whiting (roundhead/kingfish/sea mullet), and one spot. I think CBBT is gonna be a much better bet--I plan to head out there next time.
