Hi, I am new to the area and am looking to do some wreck fishing (sea bass and blackfish) this winter. I don't have my own boat. I am also interested in fishing for rockfish but those I can catch from shore.

Is anyone looking for an extra man to further reduce the cost of a charter?

Can anyone recommend a party boat? Has anyone fished on the boats at Rudee Inlet?

Check with some of the charters that are listed on this site. I believe they do well wreck fishing offshore in the winter. There are some party boats that run out of Lynnhaven, too that do wreck fishing trips. May be get in touch with the guys at Long Bay Pointe Bait and Tackle, and they can get you in the right direction.
Are you from up north?? The "blackfish" triggered the question.
