It was awful I trolled from the 1st to the IMG area where it was 7 foot or so then had to head almost into it on the way back.It was 12 miles of hell at 8 knots.I caught a few but nothing to brag about.

I went out with Hang-time and found all the 36" fish we could handle at false cape.
Not to bad of a ride, stayed @1.5 off beach down and back.Seas stayed about 2-3ft. It was raining Gannets when we found the fish, what a great sight!! Great day!

Somebody told me Hang time was trying to contact me on the radio..still think'n...
I didn't make it out there until around 130 - 2PM or so...didn't have to go far past the pier to get into that school of 32 - 36inch fish yesterday....
around 3:30 or so when we started heading back it the wind just totally died, it was great.....Bob

We went today the bight never happened unless it started at 4 pm or so.No one got in them good today,I heard everyone complaining about the slow bite. The fish were there the bait was thick and so was the Omega Fleet we counted 10 ships and a few spotters also.We never saw any beehives the birds were diving but they were in loose formation and spread apart. There were some Tuna Birds out there also today.

Dear me! But anyway,MB, I am gonna try to slip out to the first and second tomorrow on the Mako IF the wind stays a little south east. Nothing real crazy, but just gotta go. It's gonna be a LON-N-N-N-G winter.

The new report calls for E 15 to 20 with gusts up to 30 seas 4 to 5 feet in the Bay.I think I will stay home and cut some marble with the wet saw! You know the weather is bad when I select work before fishing.

Well,guess what? I got COLD,WET and CAUGHT NOTHING!(Had a good time)
Came out of Lynnhaven and trolled to the Small Boat Channel, then back. Nothing.
Lots of birds diving, almost no bait marks until I went past mouth of Lynnhaven and there were plenty from the entrance marker to Lynnhaven Pier in 15-20 feet of water.
