Husband (Randy Morton) and sons (Peter and Jacob) went fishing along with a friend (Pete, 71 Whaler) on 1/2/06 and caught this very nice fish. Jacob Morton is the angler and this is his first striper citation. Needless to say he was happy. Fish weighed 53lbs and was 48 inches long (fork length). They had their limit with another 43 incher. They were on our boat "Lucky Strike". Great day fishing.

Beautiful fish. That was probably the best day striper fishing I have ever had, non stop action of big fish. Trying to get that hawg in the boat was fun, the net was bending Congrats again Jacob and thanks Randy.

Nice Fish we got some nice ones last year on Jan.5.

I was just talking to my friend about this catch. He is heading out Sun and here I am stuck with the kids while the wife is out of town. The boy will fish but my 5 yo daughter can't take the cold. Oh well. Nice catch and good luck to those going out.
