Jeff P,Jason S. and myself ran out to the Tower Area and dropped the hook on a good section.We caught Taugs all day long useing lite tackle we managed to pull 3 Citations I had a 11lb.12oz fish,Jason had a 9 lb 8oz and a release.Jeff had a bunch of nice fish but had no paper,next time buddy! Jason will post the pictures sometime soon.The baits we used were Blue Crab and Hermit Crabs.The water was clear & blue about 49.7 Deg.

Congrats on the Togs. I've never fished for them and would like to add them to my list of targets for 2006. If you ever feel like fishing on the Fin Stoked (2004 21' Challenger-only black hull Challenger) let me know. I'll get you to were there at, I just need a little knowledge.

Congrats on the papers. I figured you two would get out and get some soon. Jason just called braggin about the fish. I was hoping to go Friday but the weather kept me home, maybe this weekend I can get out after some of those hog togs.

Yes ,I caught one 75 Inches live baiting with a Kite.I was fishing with Frank On Board the Fin Fever in 2002.We were Off @#)* (@&^ on july 22nd we were getting ready to leave when it hit a live Spot .I have it Mounted in my living room,the real one was released we took 4 Scales didnt have a camera but have the memory burned inside my brain.

I have never went after them /// not sure why cobia tuna and rock fish have been my targets so far. I am thinking of adding them to my list, perhaps at the m/g on the 10th you can give me a little heads ip on landing a few myself?

Damn those are some ugly fish, but they sure are good eating. Congrats on the paper and thanks for the report. One of these days I'll have to get out there and try for some Taugs. I may have to bring my notebook to the Meet and Greet, you guys are pros.

If i caught tog the only releasing i would do is release them on my grill !! With some butter and a hint of lemon. FISH ARE FOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!
