What wonderful times we had during my recent visit to Hampton Roads.
The VBSF crew really made me feel very welcome, what an outstanding
Group of Pro's/friends and not so Pro's (Me). The Shorebreak get together
Was awesome and it was a great time to associate faces with the names that
I see all the time here.

I really wish I could have arrived earlier as I’m
Sure I missed an excellent opportunity to meet a lot of others. For those
Who I did meet, I’m the tall guy from Walleye Michigan.
Don, Jim, Billy, Bobby P and all the others that I met thanks for the good times,
And a very special thanks to Ron for that Red & White Stretch CH moment!!
And Mr. Gary Copeland (Niceeeee Boat!!!) thanks for the DNeck moments.

I miss the C Bay fishing so much, and I’m trying to find a Job in the area
So I can make my way back to the old fishing hole. Anyway you all where

Thank you for the compliment. Did you enjoy the filets that I sent you home with? Sorry we didn't catch more. I fished all day, Sunday, and did much better. Ron Anoia called me from his boat on Monday afternoon, right after he caught a 37.5 lb. striper. He was sooooo excited! Congrats to Ron! Got another reliable report of BIG fish on the surface at CH. I'm going out Thursday morning, out of Lynnhaven. Wind forecast SW 5-10. Can you say BIG STRIPERS ON FLY ROD? Could be interesting..... Anyone else game? Call me Wednesday.
