Got a late start do to weather reports, but left Sunset around 1 pm. Headed out to CH--just 3 boats at the green can. Armada was further south. Ran into birds and tons of bait halfway between the Ramada and the Cavalier. It was ON shortly thereafter. Non-stop action, fish on all four rods multiple times. We didn't keep anything under 38", and we had our limit of 8 fairly quickly. Then it was just C&R. Biggest fish was a fat 42". Actually, the biggest fish of the day we never saw--took tons of drag on a Penn 330 LD, then proceeded to straighten out the swivel clip (a heavy one) and went on its merry way. So if someone catches the new state record with a white parachute rig in its mouth, I want my props biggrin.gif .

Fish were hanging close to shore, 25-35 ft of water. Hit everything I used--stretch 25, parachute, mojo's with 9" trailers--heck, you prob. could have thrown the kitchen sink out there and landed one. Left 'em biting at 4 and headed on in. When we turned the corner at CH was almost glass for the ride in. Glad the weatherman was wrong today.

I hope he's wrong about tomorrow too....... I'll try to post pics if I can figure out how to get them out of my phone.

Nice work. You're killing me with these reports. I knew I should of been "sick" today. Thanks for the report.
