I have my boat in the shop for it's spring time tune-up and maintanence. Does anybody know if there is any baitfish around the lynnhaven boat ramp yet? My first trip will be weekend after next and I am going to put in at the lynnhaven pay ramp. I am going to bring along plenty of "marinated in Voodoo Oil" cleaned white squid but I would like to know if I would be wasting my time trying to net some live bait? I don't know anything about when the bait are in the creek so I would really appreciate anybodys input.

Im going out of Lynhaven tomorrow to go tog fishing. I will see if theres any baitfish in that area.

Have heard of small croakers being around and about in the Lynn, and am marking them on depth finder. I have seen no mullet or menhaden inside yet.

Thanks, I guess the best thing to do is bring the net and try. Since I can't go until weekend after next, the chances should be alot better.
