would like to hear how many of you are heading to the CBBT for flounder this sunday, weather permiting? Saw Fredhead in his "Just Relaxin" last sunday.. was nice to see someone from the board out there. hope to see more of you out there.Ill be out there triing to get this skunk stink off me..Its been two trips now.. no fish not even a hit. every time i went striper fishing i got at least 2, now spring hits and im stinkin pretty bad..

Just ran into this board. I've been a long time fresh water fisherman and just starting to get into deep sea fishing. Perhaps you guys can give out some good pointers.

Weather permitting as well (it's gonna be a high in 50's tomorrow), I'm going to try to head out our noon tomorrow (Sunday, April 8) in a 23 ft boat called KeyWest to the CBBT. I'll see about getting on Channel 68 as well.

Welcome to the board. Read as much of it as you can and you will learn a lot fast. A lot of the guys on the board monitor channel 72 when the chatter gets too heavy.

hey jeff, when i bought my boat i wanted to think up an original name for it. you know, nothing with "reel" "knot" or "nauti" in it. seeing how i go to puerto rico fishing and surfing twice a year i thought "chupacabra" would be cool. i guess you beat me to it! anyway.....drifted the bend yeasterday morning and came home with 6 keepers before the wind changed. i'm leaving for pr on friday. will say hi to the chupacabra for you. by the way, why did you spell it with 2 p's?

Well, I didn't go out today. I really don't like messing with small craft advisories. Perhaps sometime later this week.
