Man, I wish I could go but I'm planning on the weekend of the 6th --good luck though, I think you will do well.

I am currently planning to go on Saturday - but the weather forecast gets worse everytime I look at it. As of this afternoon they are calling for 5-7 ft seas.

Yeah, its changing hourly... I wish it was for the better.. I am now in standby mode.

It's the warm water being so far out that has me a tad worried. Hoping for a redirect back in a bit closer......Planning on OI Saturday.....Bob

It is eddying around to the North and look at the strait edge South of Hatteras I bet it gets even better in a few days or so.The Wahoo Packs like that cooler water.

What is up with the wind? Can't we get one weekend with good weather? This sucks, now I'm gonna have to work on my boat all weekend, maybe this time I'll finish it.

Looks like there is no way this weekend is fishable.
We are planning another major tuna attack May 6 and 7. Waterdog is planning on Sat 5/6 fishing with Sun 5/7 as back up weather day

Donna Sea will be heading down that weekend also - if this wind ever quits.

I see no problem at all. That is sea worthy vessel and they are only calling for 18 feet east of 75w. I would go on and find that break south of the Rockpile. Its 35 from the mouth of the Inlet. Just wear your foul weather gear you'll be fine!

"GODS" smiled on us..it was a far cry from Sat,. the 22nd. The weekend doesn`t look like the best in the world...

Well moving the boat tomorrow to Wanchese. Promised the crew we'd do some fishing. Boy am I glad I got the permits and a trailer. We are gonna fish, but its flounder and striper, maybe a trout, at hells gate, the bonner bridge, davis channel, or green isle slough.
