does anyone think the cold last week made the reds reconsider their arrival? I heard mixed reports from 2 weeks ago but not much since that little cold spell last week. I am guessing they are out there but it might not be for another week till it really heats up. Weather looks like hell for the next few days anyways.

last night between me and my wife we landed 5 blacks and 3 reds at37-05.000N and 075-56.227W. We had sea clams out on one side and blue crab out on the other. We fished for 2 hrs.
The surf picked up around sunset as the winds picked up and the rain got heavier. We picked up around 8 pm and went to the 3rd where we caught some bluefish for cutbait tonight
See ya guys out there!!!!

we fished today between smith and fishermans... still sharks and skates. The bite is night and high tide. we chatted with a eastern shore fellow who has been doing very well after sunset. if I stayed to fish any longer my boat name would have been changed to phil from ms. lauren. get close to the breaking water as you can.
