Fished the 2nd, curve and 3rd island today in search of flounder. I managed to end up catching three flounder which were: 16" (throwback), 18" and 21". All were caught on squid/minnow sandwich.

I also picked up a small keeper sized grey trout and a bunch of nice sized croaker. Oh yeah, the skates and dogfish also stopped by to say "hi" quite a few times.

A decent catch for a fish fry I'm having this weekend and a beautiful day to be on the water.

Looks like the weather is gonna get interesting tonight/tomorrow.

You did great compared to us we didn't get out until 3 and fished till 7 around the CBBT around 1st and 2nd water got a little choppy and didn't pick up anything. As usual still had a good time. Guess we will have better luck next time.

Ditto here, caught 2 flatties (throwbacks), 16" and 13". 5 undersized trout and a couple dozen good sized croakers. We new it was time to leave when we were catching sharks and skates 2 at a time! Beautiful day on the water.
