I would like to go to the hump, cell, backriver, etc Looking for ramps that are close to these areas. I live in norfolk i probably would be launching out of lynnhaven to go to the bay but if trailering is feasible then that is what i am going to do. Thanks for any info given

Kiptopeke State Park, cross all the way over the CBBT, once on land its about 10-15 minutes on left. Very nice place to go. Especially nice if you have camping gear, make a 2 -3 day trip of it. Great location for fishing...

Cape Charles has a decent public ramp with plenty of parking. Its not too far from the areas you mentioned.
