Maybe in reading thru the rules I'm missing somethning but the rules state that ONLY three fish will be weighed and it is an AGGREGATE total. Question: Can a tuna that is weighed for the tournament be again used as a calcutta fish?? Also, if one weighs three tunas for an aggregate total, how does one weigh a mahi or wahoo for the calcutta?? Something seems a little fisshy here. Any comments appreciated, in my interpretation of the rules something seems to be missing here.

To answer your questions:

The tunas that are weighed for the tournament and the calcuttas are the same fish, the calcuttas are not seperate from the tournament, they only raise the stakes on how much money can be won.

Also, mahi and wahoo are not treated as a calcutta and actually not affected by calcutta money. The money paid out for them comes from the tournament entry, but they do not afect the weight of the tunas.

See you there this weekend!

I guess I'm a little slow after the weekend, but if one weighs 3 tunas for the tournament, how does one weigh a mahi / wahoo? Rules state ONLY 3 fish will be weighed.

The Wahoo and Mahi are a different category from the Tuna. You can weigh 3 Tuna, 1 Mahi and 1 Wahoo.....Bob

I gotcha, but that's not what the rules state, re: paragraph 10 / Additonal Rules / bullet #5. I appreciate your responses.
