Maybe a dumb question where in the heck do you catch these small croaker for bait to flounder fish. always used white squid or cut croaker strips. I never catch 4-5 in. croaker. Also what does a night of fishing on the bay produce this time of year??? Your help is appreciated. Only night fishing I've done around here is striper...Thanks.....

Might try small hooks and blood worms in inlets and cast nets around docks with lights.

andrew and i figured this out sunday morning. when the sun comes up around the lessner bridge and back into the creek (crab creek) your almost garunteed some bunker fish, and most of the time some spot. useing a cast net.

It's been my experience 3-6" spot work even better than croakers
