It's a picture of my partner Steve Mandigo and his daughter Shilby. We we're about 45 miles off OI and this bull and his little (not so little) brother hit our spread. They hit a pink and blue and a blue and white seawitch rigged with med. Hoo's. We landed Shilby's bull first 22 lb 13 oz. her first Dolphin. Then in came Steve's 51 lb. bull. Each fish jumped at least a dozen times. It took about 35 minutes to boat the big bull.
