Left out of City Park @ 0800, stopped at the Hampton Bar, nothing but a few small croaker. Went to the HRBT, one undersized (14") flounder (did see some one on a head boat catch a small Cobia). We then made the stupid decision of running to the CBBT. The wind was 15 to 20 out of the WNW instead of the 10-15 out of the SW that noaa had predicted. We had a 3 - 4ft. chop all the way there (very wet). Stopped on the Ocean side of the 1st island along with several other boats. Caught some big croaker another undersized flounder and some oyster toads. Fished over the tube, nada! headed back in the same mess. (can't wait for fall)
