New to the board and looking for info on the Seagull Pier. Ive done some searching and looking for more. Be in VABeach second week in October and wanted to try the pier(s). Can anyone tell me if the tog/sheeps biting then? Howsabout rock or flounder? Best tide for either. any help appreciated.
