Took some friends from up north out yesterday afternoon. Went to the 1st and 2nd for flounder. All together caught almost 30 fish with 7 nice keepers between 18-20". First time out fishing for my friends wife. She had a blast. Caught them drifting the channel between the 1st and 2nd. Used cut tube squid. A good day on the water.

Went out again this afternoon. Only fished for 2 hours and caught 15 fish or so with 3 keepers at 17"-19". THen the winds picked up and one of my guests got a little sick , I guess the Irish Whiskey we drank last night didn't help. Left the fish biting and headed in I'm hoping to make it back out during the week. Cut flounder belly, tube squid and minnows did the trick today.

I mostly use a three way swivel with a 2' leader to a flounder hook with colored skirts, beads, spinner, etc. White has seemed to be hot the last two days, but chartreusse caught some also. I've never used a teaser bucktail rig, hows it set up?
