If it keeps going, get a few yards of cement delivered for a boat ramp, pour in some salt, and stock it with tuna and Marlin.

I might have F ed up by leaving my boat on the lift for this. I just had to go down my dock in 60 MPH gusts lift it higher and remove all my curtains, They started to pull the stitching and were ready to schread but I got them in time. The swells in lynnheaven Inlet are about 4 foot. The wave action is slapping the bottom of my dock. The kicker to all this is that it isnt even high tide until about 3 oclock.I hope my boat doesent lift up in all this wind.Sea spray is hitting my house I guess its been here since 1972 its seen alot worse.

I took the cover off my boat this morning about 5:30. Should have done it last night. The dock at the boat ramp in my neighborhood is underwater and the water is over the banks at our Marina. My boat is not in a lift, but some of my neighbor's are. The water was up to the bridge coming out of my neighborhood - hope I can get back in this afternoon.

Thinking of buying a Zodiac so I can get from the house to the Marina to check on the boat. Doubled up my lines two days ago, put in a new 3700 GPH aft bilge pump, and flushed all my drains...and said a few prayers. Hope everybody stays OK.

I went down to Long Bay Point at 0700 this am. Saw some shredded curtains down there as Mega Bite pointed out, mostly on older boats. Dock lines were as tight as guitar strings in wind about 40 knots. No other damage noted.
