been trying to get some bait to freeze for the winter and haven't had to much luck. I've been going to all my usual spots, lynnhaven, the creek on shore dr., etc., but no deal! Is it too late to get anything or should i just keep trying?

also, and i feel kinda dumb for asking but, when is the best time to fish lynnhaven. high or low tide?
