Went out to the 3rd&4th island sat. morning did some drifting and picked up 2 blues and 2 sand sharks and a ton of oyster toads. Then went over to a large group of boats at the first set of shipping channel bouys but only pulled a couple small flounder. Just wondering if anybody hit any keepers this weekend and where. Had a really bad experience with a new boater on Sat wont be fishing with him again.

ocean side of the hrbt just off the rocks approx seven pylons from the rocks if the tides not running use egg sinkers or inline and run 2-3' leader fan cast and reel in real slow. my cousin picked up a nice keeper 26" and we through back a bunch. stay here about half an hour then move fifty yards and repeat. also ocean side of the cbbt start 150yards off the curve and drift out you will go from 30-50' of water. good stuff here too. good luck

we were also out saturday and hooked up with one nice keeper flounder at the 2nd and got into some horse croaker in the same area, im not a big croaker fan but these were pretty damn big ones so it provided some fun. all were cought on live shrimp.

We caught some keepers @ the hump sat, even got a small cobe 40". Also heard of a real good bite around buoy 11. I've never been there but I believe its on the ocean side of the 4th island, someone correct me if I'm wrong. My chart book is @ the boat. Good luck
