Went out Sun night for a couple hours to the HRBT. Was slow at first so we broke out an 1/8 oz tandem speck rig. Caught shad on each cast just about, till we got tired of it. It was fun on ultralight tackle though. Switched to calcuttas and storms and got our limit of striper 18-23". Heres one of 'em that made the cut:
Nicely done!!! Can't wait to see some big ones make the turn into the bay!!
I was out on Saturday and heard of a few big ones being caught down around the high rise area. I guess there was a tournament going on.
