The big blue fin are feeding off of the stripers and blues. A couple of years ago I fished for them out of Hatteras Inlet, we hooked three and landed two all about three hundred pounds. We were about three miles out of the inlet and in 60ft of water in Jan. It was the best day offshore I ever had. If they are in shallow water all you have to do is outlast em, cause they cant dive for the bottom and they seem to have less power. Lots of fun!!! I might hed out to the triangle tommorow, I'll keep[ my Eyes peeled
