I SAW A LITTLE WINDOW OFF THE PREVIOUS COUPLE OF DAYS ON RUTGERS SHOWING THE WATER INCHING SLOWLY NORTH, THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO WHEN EVERYBODY WAS GOING OUT AN GETTING LIMITS. BOY WAS THAT FUN!!!!! THE WATER DID THE SAME THING AND THEN STARTED TO MIX. THAT IS WHEN THE FISH REALLY GOT FIRED UP.

Just don't let it be Thursday, up to the USCG Licensing Center Baltimore all day.

My site had a clean shot on 11/25. There is a VERY sharp break (59cold/71warm)
at 41100 -- but very deep --1000 fathoms. I measured as best I could 75 nm from Rudee

I will be on it no later than 7am Wednesday, hope to bring you a good report

Billable if you get a Hotel room the night before stay about 20 miles outside the city.The rooms in Baltimore are way High like $270 per night for a single occupancy.
