Full Version: 11-30 report trout after dark

i didnt get home from work today till 3 but i decided to go to rude to play with the trout for the last hour of day light only caught a couple before dark. once it got dark i started catching them i ended up keeping ten i probable let go another ten of them i left a little after 7 i was kind of supprised to catch trout after dark like that any one else ever catch specs after dark like that
Yep,Trout are low light lovers.
Yep. I have had my best speck action at night!! This was new to me this year but I'm glad I figured it out. I have always done better on the specks on a heavy overcasted day.

the last couple of weekends ive been fishing rudee at night with JFRYE, we havn't had that good of luck, one here, one there....can i ask what tide and what you were throwing???
has anyone fished for specs in lynnhaven lately?
