Weathermen Lie and tell the truth.

The weather man says N 10-15 then NE 5-10 . You make the call. It is all about your comfort level.

Welcome to the board

I saw guys out in 14 ft jon boats at the HRBT today.

cool_smiley.gif Lumpy or not, here I come! I'm leaving the house in about an hour, heading to Lynnhaven! It might take me a little while to get to the second island but, after that, it will all be good! Good luck to everyone out there today! Maybe the Cows have come home! You will know me when you see me, I'm the one that looks like a Bobber with a T-Top!

Good luck and report back how the fishing and ride were.

Fishtank,

Were you the one in the Carolina Skiff?? If so, I was the one you talked to at OE II (I was with my son). We braved the early elements and went to the 2d island. Spread in the water for about 15 min befor we picked up a 25 on golden mullet umbrella just N of the 2nd. Not much on the trip to the 3rd (did manage a 19 on a Stretch 30...the lure was as big as he was). Ended the day at the bend where we caught a few more between 25-27 with one double (25/20) on an umbrella. In all, about 8 fish on deck, brought home our 4 fish limit, and out of the water by 1200. Ina all, a good day on the water.
