Made the ride again today, left Owl's Creek about 6:30 a.m. was headed to green can but about 1/2 mile from the can birds circling up high in about 37 feet of water slowed down started marking bait and a few good fish marks mixed in. Decided to start fishing there. Hookup in about five minutes with first fish. Good bite for about 45 minutes, then it was birds everywhere small fish everywhere. We did end up with 4 keepers. Could have been worse. Will try again Sunday
