Things are not looking too good for this weekend. Deep, deep low in Ohio valley is forecast for Sat. .It looks like its going to affect weather on entire mid-atlantic coast.
The fish are there too. Going to be a Loooong weekend I am afraid.

Man, those Ohio folks are usually pretty nice...what do they have against our fishing? Probably PETA.

30-40 knots ain't that bad and as long as the 17 foot seas are in a swell it will be just fine!
Yeah...talked with Neal...looks like a ride down Friday to deliver the boat and then a drinking...I mean rigging... day Saturday!!!

Jeff's Prayer
Heavenly father, Please hold your winds on friday. I need pullage and i have planned this trip for months. Let them flow on saturday, for don knows not the sins he has committed. Neil has caught too many fish, and i want to fish. God you are so great, and awfully big ! Let me fish on friday, and catch a 100lb yellowfin.

Well if in's it is gonna blow all weekend, things may be looking up good for Tuesday! Trailered the boat down to Edenton to have curtains installed just in time for summer!
So trying to hatch a plan with Owen to go out of OI on Tuesday or Wednesday anyone interested in getting an armada together?
It is time for tuna to stain the decks!

55 knots of breeze and 24 foot seas.... let me think.... I hear you Southport owners don't pack it in until the height of the seas exceeds the length of the craft... What's up with that Bob? That little 4 foot difference doesn't bother you does it?

And the rigs Don was selling were yours, not his.

Actually the development of the low pressure appears to be slowing. Look at the
new forecast. Saturday morning appears to be fishable. Conditions will deteriorate
later on that day, but I bet you can get it in Sat. if you want to strech.

Kent,
I've been in deteriorating conditions out of Hatteras...as a matter of fact the trip Bob is referring too...and I'll pass. Not fun what so ever. I might be able to get talked into though!!!
10 knots or less then truning to 30-40 and seas 2-4 then 12-16 means its going to hit the fan fast.
The season is early.
