IT IS A SEAMOUNT. IT IS APPROXIMATELY 52-65 +- NM FROM RUDEE DEPENDING WHICH PART YOU ARE GOING TO. THE WEATHER BOUY IS TO THE NORTH OF THE CIGAR AT THE TIP AND IS 64NM MILES EAST OF VB. HOPE THIS HELPS
