Catching them is like any other time. Live baiting with spot around the rocks of the islands or dropping eels around the tubes and the pilings of the High Rise are good bets for catching them. As the water warms to the upper 50's low 60's, topwater action casting plugs and poppers, can be a blast around the rocks. make aure you get the baits right in the rocks, and fish the rougher side of the islands where the most wave action is.

Good luck!
