Whats the best website to look at for regulations for most off shore species. Such as Tuna, Mahi and whatever else you can think of.

HMS permits will list the most recent Bluefin regulations as they can change overnight.

National Marine Fisheries lists the regs for the other tuna, sharks, etc.

I could not find a page with the limits on dolphin, but they are 10 per person but no more then a max of 60 per boat. Florida reguies a 20 inch fork length on dolphin, VA doesn't, but it would be a good idea.
