Took the wife and headed out for a day on the water.
Lots of dirty water from thunderstorms yesterday I guess. It was to rough to enter bay at HRBT so we decided to try croaker fishing until wind shifted. I have never seen it this bad. No Croaker to be had or seen caught at HRBT, Hampton Bar or the M&M.
After lunch the winds died so we headed to the CBBT.
Cruised by the Ocean View Reef-No boats so I kept going.
Next stop was the 1st and 2nd Island. Only about 6 boats fishing. Some of them looked like they were Tog fishing.
Then I headed to the 3rd Island. Only about a dozen boats were there. We fished about 30 minutes there and then decided to try the edge of the Balt. Channel. Still no bites and the weather was starting to look bad so we headed back to the HRBT and the M&M Only ended up with 1 small throw back croaker
They say its not what you catch but how much fun you have
