If I'm puttting out at Crab Creek in lynhaven inlet what is the best location to catch some spot for bait? Also, if I want to use bought bait what the heck is the difference in the types of minnows (gudgeons, etc...) I can get??? it seems like everybody calls bait fish different names!! Do the menhaden I get in my throw net work as well as gudgeons etc...???? Are there some certain areas in Lynhaven that are better for throwing my cast net ??? Thanks, clueless and baitless

crab creek is full of peanut bunker right now and there is no better bait for flounder...imo

6-8" peanuts will catch you doormats
