I went out to the fourth, well actually behind the fourth at the pilons and did not see one spade fish. I don't know if I was there too early or what but are they being caught near the rocks of the islands. I ask because I was getting tossed around by the pilons by the swells.

We were on the ocean side of the 4th island on the 4th and caught several. Seemed that if we got our hooks a bit deeper than normal (assume it was because of the rough water) we had better/more hookups. Brought 5 back and lost 3 at the boat.

All in all a good day.
